Workshops

Cindy offers a variety of workshops in storytelling, folklore, Helen Creighton, felt story creation, and puppetry.

Here is a list of some of the workshops she has offered:

For youth:

• Story Quest: a 10 week beginner storytelling workshop series for 10-14 years.
• Storytelling and Puppetry: a 10 week beginner course for ages 7-10 years.
• Oral Storytelling for Teens, focusing on community stories; or historical tales.
• Oral Storytelling and Drama for Teens.
• Helen Creighton Ballads for junior high and high school choirs.
• Bluenose Ghosts or Supernatural Tales
• Bluenose Ghosts Haunted Sculptures: storytelling as inspiration for making sculptures, Alderney Landing Theatre. The children learned a Bluenose Ghost story to tell.

For adults:
